How pattern feedback on a wiki might work…
Here's how I think feedback and revising a pattern description based on that feedback might work: The pattern is broken up into its sections, and for each section one can provide feedback in the form of posting comments. At some point of time, the feedback is incorporated into the next revision of that pattern section. The new section overrides the old. I'd say the new revision will be a new page rather than a revision of the existing page so that the comments can start fresh on the revised section.

Posted Value Object
Posted the first pattern:
Value Object. It has just passed shepherding by
Doug Lea for
PLoP 2006. I think more known uses are missing, even though I'm sure that JScience and Yoda Date and Time should be full of them. Please comment!

About this wiki
This is an attempt to write patterns using a wiki. I'm not entirely sure how to do this best, but let's start with giving everyone full comment rights. (You still have to register, and for copyright reasons, you can't change the actual text of a pattern. You can create new pages and edit them, though.) Feel free to add yourself to the acknowledgements sections if you think this is appropriate.)
